DELIVERY – ARXEGOZ EATS INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY MEALS
Arxegoz Eats products are only sold to customers that reside within about 30 miles of our Renton, Washington commercial kitchen, excluding areas within a 30 mile radius that are separated from our location by the Puget Sound (e.g., does not include peninsula or island locations, except for Mercer Island). Deliveries occur on Mondays and Thursdays.
- Order by Saturday 10 AM for Monday delivery
- Order by Tuesday 10 AM for Thursday delivery
A 3-meal plan will be delivered in one installment (either a Monday or Thursday depending day/time order is placed).
5 and 7-meal plans will be delivered in two installments (either Monday/Thursday or Thursday/Monday).
10-meal plans will be delivered in three installments (either Monday/Thursday/Monday or Thursday/Monday/Thursday).
Please include delivery instructions with your order in the event you will not be available to receive your meals. Where should your meals be left? Should meals be left at your door step. Is a neighbor available and do they have permission to receive your order on your behalf?
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Once delivery has been made, we are no long responsible for damage or delay on the part of other people, circumstances or for the security of your order. If you believe your order may have been tampered with, packaging is damaged or seals broken, do not consume the product and contact us as soon as possible.
Delivery fees may apply and will appear on your order form at the time your order is placed.
As our customer, you agree that you have purchased our individual or family meal plans and we agree to deliver the meals you ordered on time, barring a few exceptions:
- An act of God, natural disaster or an unforeseen problem with our facility or vehicles (fire, theft, etc.)
- Puget Sound traffic conspires to delay or defeat us!
- Your location does not fall within our delivery zone
If an order was processed that we cannot fulfill (e.g., you are outside of our delivery zone) we’ll touch base with you with an option for you to pick your order up at our location or to refund the order. If we make a mistake on your order, we’ll work to correct it and/or offer you a credit on your next order. If something goes wrong, please contact us – we want your experience to be wonderful.
Payment is due at the time of order and no order will be placed without payment. If you are using a promotion or special offer code, it must be presented at the time of purchase and/or entered into the online order form at the time of purchase. Only one promotion or special offer may be used per order. Promotions and special offers will not be applied to already discounted (on-sale) items or programs. Arxegoz and Arxegoz Eats reserves the right to suspend promotions, discounts and special offers at its discretion, with or without notice.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS
If you need to modify any of your chosen meal items, you must notify us at least 40 hour before your meals are scheduled to be delivered. This includes any changes to menu selections, delaying delivery, address changes, food allergies and sensitivities, and delivery window changes.
You may cancel your order up to 48 hours before your 3 meal plan (or the first installment of your 5, 7 or 10 day plan) are scheduled for delivery or request to schedule it for delivery at a future date. To cancel an order, contact us by phone at 253-220-8692 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 48 hours before your meal delivery is scheduled.
